BinkBink Account Deletion Terms

Before processing your account deletion request, please read and fully understand the following terms:

1. Erasure of Digital Assets and Creations

Once your account is successfully deleted, all digital assets and content within your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. This includes, but is not limited to: games you have created or published, AI-generated assets (such as art, audio, 3D models, code, text, etc.), project files and drafts, subscription privileges, unused virtual currencies, computing power credits, or pending revenue balances.

2. Cancellation of Subscriptions and Transactions

You must cancel all active subscriptions (such as AI computing power packages, membership subscriptions, etc.) before submitting your account deletion request. If you have published paid assets or games, or accepted custom development services in the platform's Creator Marketplace, please remove all listings, settle all pending revenue distributions, and ensure all undelivered services or orders are fully completed prior to submitting your request.

3. Exit from Teams and Collaborative Projects

If you are the administrator or owner of any creation team, co-development project, or studio, please transfer ownership, dissolve the group, or contact the platform operations team for assistance before submitting your deletion request, to avoid affecting the rights of other co-creators.

4. Termination of Special Cooperation Agreements

If you have signed a separate cooperation agreement with BinkBink (such as an exclusive creator agreement, commercial licensing agreement, platform incentive program, etc.), please contact your dedicated account manager or the platform operations team directly to handle the account deletion.

5. Irreversibility and Data Backup

The account deletion process is irreversible. We strongly recommend that you back up and export your account information, game project source files, generated asset data, and any other important materials before submitting your deletion request.

6. Post-Deletion Status

After the account is deleted:

(1) You will be automatically logged out from all devices associated with this account;

(2) You will no longer be able to log in to this account or use it to access the platform or any of its affiliated services;

(3) We will not be able to assist you in recovering under any circumstances:

i. Any historical data, settings, and personal information under your deleted account;

ii. Any digital content, game projects, AI-generated assets, and associated rights under your deleted account.

7. Suspension Right for Disputes and Legal Proceedings

If, at the time of or after you submit your deletion request, any claim (including but not limited to intellectual property disputes or plagiarism complaints regarding AI-generated content) is made against you, or if we receive notice of an investigation from relevant government authorities or judicial organs, or if you are involved in any litigation, arbitration, or legal proceedings related to your account, the platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your deletion request without your consent.

8. Survival of Prior Liabilities

The deletion of your account will not:

(a) relieve you of any liabilities already incurred at the time of deletion or attributable to the period prior to deletion (including but not limited to intellectual property infringement, breach of contract, or illicit acquisition of revenue); nor will it

(b) prevent the platform from exercising any rights and remedies under this agreement, applicable laws, or equity regarding your breach of the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or other platform rules.
